Built-in 4-port 6Gb/s Mini-SAS Backplane

RM-1U1043HE is featured a 4-port 6Gb/s mini-SAS backplane which supports four SATA-III / SAS-II 3.5” hot-swappable hard drives. Furthermore, the backplane on RM-1U1043HE has 3 different types of LED indication which provide each HDD real time status, such as Power On when HDD in, HDD Access, and HDD Overheating. Also, each of HDD on the RM-1U1043HA backplane is secured in an aluminum frame caddy with anti-vibration and triangle metal key-lock features.

RM-1U1043HA supports the majority of mainstream motherboard form factors, from mini-ITX (6.7" x 6.7"), Micro ATX (9.6" x 9.6"), ATX (12" x 10") to E-ATX (12" x 13").

Compatible with Athena Power 1U Single and Flex ATX IPC Power Supply

Athena Power 1U single and Flex ATX form factors power supply unit from 400W and higher are compatible with RM-1U1043HE. 

Drive Bay Expandability and Convenient Front Control Panel

RM-1U1043HE features a 2.5” HDD internal drive bay bracket that supports up to 2 x 2.5” HDD and 1 x slim ODD external drive bay. The front control panel of RM-1U1043HE shows the system status with 4 LED indicators (Power On / HDD Access / LAN / System Fail). 2 x USB 2.0 ports and control system with Power On & System Reset buttons.

5 x 40mm Ball Bearing Cooling Fans

Five 40mm ball bearing cooling fans are built-in in the center of chassis for efficient ventilation and system cooling purposes.

Full-height Expansion Slot

One full-height horizontal expansion slot for an add-in card, such as a RAID controller. (Riser card required)
