Athena Power BP-G5CNVME4525 – PCIe Gen5 U.2/U.3 NVMe SSD Backplane

The Athena Power BP-G5CNVME4525 is a high-performance backplane designed for 4 x 2.5" U.2/U.3 NVMe SSDs in industrial and workstation systems. It features a full 5.25" drive bay form factor with a metal enclosure and stainless steel carriers, providing secure and reliable operation. Each SSD tray includes vibration-reducing springs for stable performance, and a metal keylock with two keys ensures drive security.

This backplane provides high-speed PCIe Gen5 connectivity with internal 4 x SFF-8639 inputs and 2 x MCIO 8i outputs, delivering transfer rates up to 128 Gbps. The 4020 cooling fans (7000 rpm) x2 provide efficient thermal management for heavy workloads.

The BP-G5CNVME4525 supports hot-swappable and plug-and-play operation (depending on mainboard or control card support), offering flexible deployment. It supports RAID 0/1/5/10 depending on your RAID controller, and optional M2U04 adapters allow M.2 NVMe SSD installation.
