Athena Power has released another smart 3U rackmount to their line of Intelligent server rack series.  The RM-3UD365R is a fully designed rackmount server that is able to support up to EATX motherboards and provides enough space for any of your server needs.  By incorporating the smart-intelligent LCD display that is located in front of the server, users can now monitor their systems temperature and fan activation with a push of a button and without any need for internal software installation.  Also incorporating full compatibility for Mini-Redundant PS2 form factor power supplies, makes this viable for all server builders who wish for full security and no drop-outs of power for their systems.  The RM-3UD365R is ideal for entry level or high grade server solutions in the IPC market.

Smart Function

The 3UD365R offers a new front LED display that will assist with managing server maintenance.  The blue display screen will check the start-up time of the server, the status of all installed HDDs, system temperature, and the rate of speed of the system fan.  The smart function helps save energy by adjusting the use of the fans installed in the rackmount.  The 3U offers 2 x 80mm fan but is able to install optional 2 x 60mm rear fans, the smart feature will at default run 1x fan at 30 degrees Celsius and run dual fans at 40. 

Mini-Redundant Compatible

It is finally here, one of the first of its kind.  The RM-3UD365R rackmount case is now fully compatible with mini-redundant power supplies.  This entails more reliable and protected power for all heavy duty servers.  With an additional steel bracket to support PS2 power supplies this rackmount is optimized for server engineers and ITs to install the highest quality products in the PSU field.

Compatibility

Having extra depth and space makes it easier for this 3U to include different motherboard form factors.  With its flexibility, the rackmount is compatible with Micro ATX (9.6" x 9.6"), ATX (12" x 10"), EATX (12" x 13") Motherboards.

Security Door Lock and Easy Server Rackmount Maintenance

Attached to the front of the rackmount is a security door lock with enables only authorized personnel to access the server system, also with a washable filter included, within the interior of the rackmount, it helps ease cleaning and reduces time spent on maintenance on server builds.  Positioned at the front of the system head this filter helps guard against dust & dirt that may cause harm to your server system.  The fans included are 2x high RPM 120mm fans located in the center of the system and 2x 60mm at the rear to ensure full cooling and heat dissipation.  

Vibration Reduction

Industrial servers are usually on 24/7, heavy duty load vibrations ripple through the server system.  To protect HDDs and create a stable hold on server hard drives, rubber stoppers are mounted on the rackmount’s 3.5” bays.  These stoppers help absorb the vibrations caused by heavy loads within servers and can help maintain longevity for hard drives reducing server down time.
