The AP-TSPLB01 is Athena Power’s solution to help assist troubleshoot your power supply. With so many components needed to power a server or system one of the most important component that people forget is the power supply. In order to speed up the troubleshooting process this Power Supply tester is equipped with a 24 Pin, 8 Pin, 4 Pin, SATA, and Floppy inlet that you connect to your power supply. There are LED lights that will light up and display the status of each rail included within the power supply. For basic testing functions this tester is ideal.
The Methods of Operation
- Plug power supply 24 pin and P4/P6/P8 into the corresponding jack of the power test suite.
- Power on the supply of power, will hear warnning buzzer, if no flicker then the power supply output voltage is normal.
- If a certain voltage signal was not detected, or the detected voltage value or PG flicker, which indicates the power supply does not provide power correctly.
