Athena Computer Power Presents the FlexATX 350 Watt (AP-MFATX35)
Athena Computer Power Corp., manufacturers and distributors of mainframe computer power supplies, is pleased to announce its launch of the 350 Watt FlexATX (AP-MFATX35) power supply. Continuing with their trend of 80PLUS PSUs, the FlexATX is a combination of flexibility and efficiency.
In today’s market, the Athena FlexATX moves ahead of their competitors as they have released another bronze badge certified FlexATX power supply. The 300 Watt and the 350 Watt are the only certified Flex ATX models that have been released today.
80PLUS certification requires a power supply to operate at a minimum of 80% efficiency. The Bronze level of 80PLUS certification indicates that the power supply operates at a minimum of 82% efficiency at 20% and 100% load, and 85% efficiency at 50% load. According to test results, the FlexATX 350 has passed all requirements and has exceeded the 80PLUS requirements.
After releasing the FlexATX 300 Watt power supply, ACPC has kept true to their commitment for a greener and more efficient power supply. The new FlexATX 350 Watt brings back their popular design that provides flexibility when used for compact, embedded, and portable computing devices. With ATX 24Pin, SATA II 15pin, P4-12V 4pin, FDD 4pin, PCIE 6pin and Molex 4pin connectors, Active PFC (Power Factor Correction) and remote ON/OFF function, it’s ready to be used for many compact and portable computers on the market today. It also includes an internal 40mm ball-bearing fan and thermal fan speed control for optimal heat and noise dissipation.
