Athena Computer Power Unveils the AP-TFX35 350 Watt
Athena Computer Power Corp., manufacturers and distributors of mainframe computer power supplies, is pleased to announce its launch of the 350 Watt TFX (AP-TFX35) power supply. Adding to their family of 80PLUS® certified.
80PLUS certification requires a power supply to operate at a minimum of 80% efficiency. The Bronze level of 80PLUS certification indicates that the power supply operates at a minimum of 82% efficiency at 20% and 100% load, and 85% efficiency at 50% load. According to test results, the 350 Watt TFX has passed all requirements and has exceeded the 80PLUS requirements.
The 350 Watt TFX incorporates an additional upgrade of 50 Watts of power for server upgrades and new assembly, while maintaining its design to be flexible when used for compact, embedded, and portable computing devices such as mini-servers and kiosks.
Like its predecessor the 350 Watt TFX is compatible with many brand named computers and supports and enhances the ASUS systems. The 350 Watt TFX also includes a 24(20+4) pin, P4-12V 4 pin, SATA II 15 pin, Molex 4 pin, and FDD 4 pin, Active PFC (Power Factor Correction) and remote ON/OFF function. It's reliability and compatibility with many of today's standard in Computers makes it a must have
